Building Rental Credit
As an A & E renter, 100% of your first year’s rent, plus 20% of your rent for subsequent years, can be applied toward the purchase of an instrument from A & E, including the one that you are currently renting.
Rental credit applies to base rent only. LDW payments are excluded. Credit is based on the $20 monthly base rent or the $240 yearly base rent, according to your rental option.
